While their dad was working, Misha and Ziggy stayed with a babysitter called Hanna. Hanna took them to see a watering hole. A watering hole is a place where animals come to drink water. You can often see many different kinds of animals there. Misha saw a gelada monkey and used her powers to talk to it.

The largest gelada monkey took a step forward and looked at Misha. “How come we can understand you?” he questioned. “I can speak to animals. It’s a gift I have,” Misha explained. “I promise, I mean no harm.” “Come, Kaleb,” a monkey said from a distance. There was a young monkey standing slightly behind her that Misha hadn’t noticed. “We don’t want to speak to humans. They’re nothing but trouble.” “I’m not. I would never hurt an animal,” Misha said. “In fact, there’s one I’m looking for and I heard he may be in danger.” The other gelada monkeys turned their back on Misha, but Kaleb continued to stare. Misha didn’t turn away and she prayed he would see that she was telling the truth. “What animal?” Kaleb asked. “The black lion.”
