Please follow these instructions carefully:
Only use the installer provided by Lesaffre admin.
For Citavi 6 users Uninstall Citavi 6 after proceeding with Citavi 7 installation.
AI-based features should not be accepted or used, even if they are suggested by the software or appear as options.

Important prerequisites before begining.
2. Provide the requested information to create your account.
3. After reaching the Lumivero page (below), close the tab immediately without taking any further action.
4. Close all your Word files that are currently open.
1. Click "Retrieve my licence" in the Lumivero email you received.

1. Download the installation file (1/2)
1. Click on to open the folder.
If your computer displays download alerts, force the download. All files have been checked and validated.
2. Then Click on the file to download the installer.

3. Open the dowloading folder of your computer, and double-click on the installer.

You will receive a notification from Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. This is normal!

Do not click "Don't run"

3. Choose installation location (1/2)
The installer will propose a default folder or path for installation.
Do not change the default location unless you have a specific reason.
Click “Next” after confirming the location.

Click “Install” to proceed.

Wait approximately 2 to 5 minutes.And click "Next".

That's it, Citavi 7 is now installed on your computer!
