But what is the use of knowing those two criterias for your ideal sport?
Commonly someone with a high stamina and low strength, has a low Vo2max .Someone with the opposite criterias has a high Vo2 max. When someone fits in the same categry, they have the corresponding Vo2(ex:low stamina +strength=low Vo2 max) . Otherwise if you have a mix , that means you have a medium Vo2max.
Now we need to determine your VO2 Max (If you don't know , you can do the 2.4 km test or the multistage bleep test).
IF YOU HAVE A LOW VO2MAX, YOU ARE MORE CUT FOR SHORT,EXPLOSIVE SPORTS
IF YOU HAVE A MEDIUM VO2 MAX, YOU ARE GOOD FOR MIXED SPORTS
IF YOU HAVE A HIGH VO2 MAX ,YOU ARE CUT FOR ENDURANCE SPORTS

so if you have a low Vo2max and that you like individual sports with balls, you should try golf or billiards
so if you have a low Vo2max and that you like individual sports without balls, you should try 100m sprint,weightlifting,boxing , gymnastics or light martial sports.
so if you have a low Vo2max and that you like team sports with balls, you should try bastketball,rugby or football but as a goaler.
so if you have a low Vo2max and that you like team sports without balls, you should try team combat training or specific crossfit competitions
So if you have a medium Vo2maxand that you like individual sports with balls, you should try tennis or table tennis.
So if you have a medium Vo2maxand that you like individual sports without balls , you should try martials arts , medium intensity swimming and 400-800m athletics.
So if you have a medium Vo2maxand that you like team sports with balls, you should try volleyball ,basketball or football.
