It is important to share this information detailing the effectiveness of the department as a whole. The hard work and dedication of the team is second to none. This is down to high standards across all new sites and redevelopment works, reliability of new kit through technology refresh and the introduction of Genesis Terminals. The service, maintenance and software upgrades to our current Novo stock are also playing a big part in the downward trend of reported calls.

Breakdown of Closed Job 2025
As detailed in the previous slides, call volume dropped year on year for both SSBT and BAU. The overall reduction in calls being just shy of 22%. This improvement is due to several factors. Significant work has been carried out on the SSBT to support all Novo terminals, including the removal of the GFG and its replacement with Genesis terminals. The new platform is far more engineer-friendly, enabling us to complete jobs more efficiently, attend more calls, and reduce overall call times. The tidy-up work we have completed has relocated equipment away from shop staff and established proper designated areas, while the refits and shop fits have been completed to a high standard. During these refits, we also ensure equipment is kept up to date, and cabling is replaced where necessary, meaning we often do not need to return to a site for several months. The reduction in call percentages is a direct result of the hard work put in by the team over the past few years. Despite the decrease in calls, we remain as busy as ever, and without this prior effort, it would likely have been challenging to keep up with demand. Your hard work and continuous effort is very much appreciated. Thank you! Willie Kerr
