What does a recruitment lead do?

  • Support their area, or selection of stores in an area with recruitment needs
  • Share an overview of vacancies in their area and how these are progressing with the recuitment team
  • Share relevant updates during area calls and find out if any stores need support with recruitment
  • Support with recruitment events for ASM or new store opening recruitment, or other local events

How do leads support stores?

Answer any queries you may have about our recruitment processes and support with Talent Funnel queries

Be a first point of contact for general queries, and then direct you to the Recruitment team where needed

Provide support with telephone or in person interviews (e.g. when there are high numbers of vacancies or gaps in management cover), but they do not manage vacancies for the full area
