Quelle tenue adéquate porter ?

  • La tenue doit être adaptée à l'image de l'enseigne

Notre logiciel de suivi du temps de travail

  • Afin de s’assurer de la bonne gestion des temps de travail, la société a mis en place l’outil Kélio.
  • Il faut badger sur Kélio 4x dans la journée ; à mon arrivée, au début et à la fin de ma pause, à mon départ.

La modulation : qu’est-ce que c’est ?

  • La société connaissant des variations d’horaires au cours de l’année (par exemple en période de Soldes), la durée de travail est organisée sous la forme d’une annualisation du temps de travail. Cet aménagement permet à la société de répartir le temps de travail du salarié.
  • Cet aménagement se traduit par un « Compteur de modulation » sur lequel sont cumulées les heures de travail
  • Il est possible de demander à récupérer les heures placées sur ce compteur sur Kélio de la même manière que l’on demande un congé payé.
