Group Roles put you in control. Here you're able to assign roles, set responsibilities, and manage permissions across your organisation in Alto. Please use the buttons to move through the carousel

Click Create New to create a new role
You can defines a users permissions and access levels within Alto by creating a new role, alternatively you're able to edit an existing role to change the permissions allocated to it. Users can be assigned multiple roles in Alto.

Creating a new role
Give the role a unique reference and a meaningful description
Before you can give permissions to the new role or allocate it to your team, you'll need to create it. After clicking create new you'll be able to assign a reference and set the status to Active
Check the status is 'Active' and click create to continue

After clicking 'Create' you land on the Edit role screen. Now you can choose the branch or branches you want the role available to, set the permissions you want users with the role to have, and even choose the users you would like to allocate the role to.
