Images can be set as mandatory for specific invoice types, prompting engineers to add a photo before completing a job in the Gold Service App.
1. In Gold navigate to System Management > Invoice Type Maintenance 2. Input the Invoice Type that you'd like to make images mandatory for (such as Warranty Invoice Types). 3. Within the Details tab, set the Mandatory Image field to Yes using the dropdown menu. 4. Select OK to save changes.
