How to Enable the Trusted Engineer Role in Gold
Engineers marked as Trusted can send images straight to DocStore without approval in the portal. Follow the steps below to set up an engineer as Trusted.
1. In Gold navigate to System Management > Security > Personnel Security File 2. Enter your password. 3. Navigate to the Applications tab. 4. Select Roles.

7. Images uploaded by Trusted Engineers are visible within the job and go straight to DocStore; uploads from regular engineers still require approval.
5. Select Trusted Engineer under the Roles column. 6. Click Toggle to change the status to Yes.
