Story Song Time

Let us sing

Follow the pictures

Once upon a time in a colourful city, three colours lived together, so bold and pretty. Red could shout with all its might, Yellow would shine day and night. Blue was the coolest dot around, and for Red, Yellow, Blue, happiness was found! Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up!

Follow the pictures

Then one day, Red did shout, “I am the best and I want you out!” Yellow said “Wait, I’ll steal the show.” Blue said, “I’m shiny too, don’t you know.” Now they’re arguing boo hoo hoo! What can we do with Red, Yellow and Blue? Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up!

Follow the pictures

So, Red went left and Yellow went right, Blue stayed high keeping out of sight. Walls went up on every street, No one could play, no one could meet. The city was dull and the fun departed, This left the colours broken hearted. Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up!

Follow the pictures

Yellow met Blue. “Let’s be friends!” they shout. So they mixed together and Green popped out! Red shouted, “Cool, I’ll mix with Yellow.” Then orange appeared, bright and mellow! Blue mixed with Red and what did we see? Purple popped up with a one, two, three! Now they’re all mixed, new colours are seen, Lavender! Amber! Jade and Green! Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up! Mix it up!
