Tu es un promoteur immobilier qui travaille pour la chaîne d'hotels de luxe Sunshine Resorts et tu veux construire un nouvel établissement à Saint Jean de Luz au Pays Basque. En tant que promoteur tu aimes lancer de nouveaux projets dans de nouveaux lieux et vous n'êtes pas encore implantés dans la région. Ton interet est de faire rayonner un maximum ton entreprise pour attirer toujours plus de nouveaux clients internationaux.
