Greyhound Activity Center (GAC)

Facilities included:
  • full size turf field
  • dressing rooms
  • extra strorage space
Construction on the GAC started in early 2023 and finished in early 2025. This center is mainly used by the marching band, winter guard, and various sports teams.
Total Cost: $16 million

Polytechnic Area

Facilities included:
  • automotive lifts
  • professional kitchens
  • advanced media labs
Construction on the brand new polytechnic wing is coming to a close starting in early 2023. Classes that use this facility include Automotive, Construction, Culinary Arts, and Manufacturing.
Total Cost: $15 million

Football Stadium

Facilities included:
  • new press box
  • expanded concessions
  • upgraded seating
Major construction for the new football stadium is underway. Construction began in 2024 and is expected to be complete in late 2026.

Natatorium

Facilities included:
  • 50-meter pool
  • Diving Well
  • Therapy Pool
Construction on the Natatorium started in 2022 and finished late 2024. This facility is used daily by students and by the Carmel Swim Club.

  • Orchestra Pit
Construction on the auditorium started in 2021 and ended in early 2023. Presents preformances for choir, band, orchestra, theater.
