J'ai choisi de faire un stage en mécanique car c'est ce que j'avais en tête et je voulais voir si ça m'intéressait vraiment.
La fonction de mon tuteur est garagiste/mécanicien et chef d'entreprise.
Description de l'entreprise
Garage MC Services.
36 Rue d'École 25480 Miserey-Salines.
Secteur d'activité:tertiaire.
Directeur: Mr Hachemi Mounir.
3 Employés+1Apprenti.
Garage indépendant.
Réparations tous types de véhicules.
Diagnostics précis,réparations et entretiens.
Du lundi au vendredi:8h-12h et 13h30-18h.
Rôle du mécanicien.
- Réparer et entretenir les véhicules.
- Diagnostiquer les pannes.
Qualités nécessaires requises.
- Précision.
- Minutie.
- Patience et persévérence.
Etudes à suivre pour faire ce métier:
-CAP
- Bac pro maintenance des véhicules.
-BTS maintenance des véhicules
Mes activités durant mon stage
-Observer les réparations:embrayage,poulie courroie.
-Démontage de roues.
-Passer des outils.
-Commander le necessaire à l'entretiens des véhicules sous les directives de mon tuteur.
Pour chaque activité je précise que j'étais toujours encadré pour la sécurité.Et je portais des chaussures adaptées.
Réflexions:
J'ai été étonné du temps que l'on pouvait passer sur un véhicule.
Ce qui m'a intéressé
- Diagnostiquer des pannes.
- participer à de petites réparations.
- Faire des essais sur les véhicules réparés.
Ce qui m'a déçu
- Repérer les problémes sur les véhicules.
Ce qui m'a paru facile
- Démonter les roues.
- Passer l'aspirateur dans les voitures.
- Commander les pièces qu'on m'a demandées.
- Enlever les jantes des roues.
Ce qui m'a paru difficile
- Diagnostiquer les pannes.
Inconvénients de ce métier
- Les odeurs et les produits toxiques.
- Le risque de se blesser ou de se brûler.
- Positions difficiles.
Ce que j'ai appris:
- Le nom des pièces et des outils
- Changer un filtre à air
- Les règles de sécurité
- Changer les leds d'un phare
Conclusion:
Le stage était très intéressant:il m'a permis de découvrir des activités,très variées. Mais je ne sais pas si j'en ferai mon métier plus tard car le mécanicien travaille le plus souvent dans des positions inconfortables et pénible.Mais le domaine de mécanique m'intéresse.
