Responsible for creating the Positive Impact strategy at Jacada.
- They work both externally (with partners) and internally (with staff) to bring the strategy to life, ensuring we "walk the talk" of our mission.
- This includes the products and experiences we offer, the partners we choose to work with, and the general standards we use to conduct business across the globe.
Head of Positive Impact (PI)

Owns the recruitment processes and their execution.
- They work with all hiring managers to ensure the candidate journey - from pre-reach out through to the end of probation -is smooth and successful, ensuring everyone who joins our business contributes to our culture and feels welcomed and embedded.
Workplace Manager
Ensures the smooth running of the London office while acting as a pillar for cultivating connections across the workplace.
- They ensure remote and in-person workers feel connected as individuals and to the business, while also managing IT and Health & Safety.
