CPLI Team only deal with amendments to current providers CPLI Team review current available services and rates when adding a service to a provider. Any additions/corrections required are sent back to Commercial Commissioning to review.
Shared Lives
If Shared Lives team request a new provider, they start a new form. They complete company and contact details, tax, bank details and portal contacts. They then forward to the AP team.
Accounts payable
ContrOCC team
AP check if the supplier was on SAP. Check all mandatory fields are completed and save to SP files. In Oracle, set up new supplier or add under a parent supplier. Update form and return Commercial Commissioning.
ContrOCC team adds the new supplier to ContrOCC and saves the file. They inform the relevant team and email back to CPLI and Brokerage.
Brokerage
CCT Create a new Supplier Request Form and complete sections 1-6. They then email this to Accounts Payable.
Once Accounts Payable have completed their tasks in Oracle, the form is returned to Commercial Commissioning for them to update their records before they send it on to ContrOCC.
If a new supplier is needed, Brokerage start a new supplier form. Brokerage check if they exist on Oracle, if not they email CCT to initiate form. Brokerage also complete Due Dilligence.
