The Client Company is a SaaS Practice Management application for financial professionals. Its customer onboarding was a passive, feature-focused demonstration, leading to inconsistent delivery, missed opportunities for rapid user adoption, and poor satisfaction ratings.

Design and implement a standardized, high-impact interactive training program and equip internal teams to deliver it successfully.
