Filtering Jobs Using Quick Filters

Filtering jobs on a WIP Board allows you to quickly narrow down the displayed jobs based on specific criteria, making it easier to focus on the most relevant tasks. This feature helps you streamline your workflow and prioritise jobs more efficiently.

1. Open the board you want to filter. 2. Select the Quick Filter icon to open the filtering options. 3. Choose filters like Customer Name, Job Number, or Invoice Type. 4. For additional filtering, click More Options to access more options such as Job Age, Favourite Jobs, Engineer and Parts Status.

5. The board will automatically update to display jobs that match the selected filters.

• Filters applied through the Quick Filter panel are temporary and will reset when you navigate away from the board or refresh the page.
• If filters are active, the Quick Filter icon will change to show they’re in use. You can click Clear to remove all filters.
