Beargrass’ Children’s Ministry is committed to offering educational, faith-building, and fun activities for all children. Our programs are designed to help children grow in their faith, build relationships, and learn the importance of community. We strive to ensure that every child knows: ♥ They are a beloved child of God. ♥ They can grow in their faith. ♥ They can build meaningful relationships with others. ♥ They are part of a supportive community. ♥ They are never too young to help others and share God’s love. A cornerstone of Beargrass, each of our seven adult Sunday School classes meet on Sunday mornings at 10:00am to foster close-knit relationships within smaller groups through weekly lessons, engaging discussions, community service, and shared moments of prayer. Students develop strong bonds, form lasting friendships, and grow in their faith journey and relationship with God. All are welcome – please reach out to any class below with questions. The church offices provide a weekly workspace for our ministers and staff. Office hours are Monday-Thursday from 9am-5pm and Friday from 9am-3pm.

The Walter E. Lawrenson Memorial Library provides an extensive variety of resources that foster the Disciples’ tradition of personal scholarship, religious study and spiritual growth. The library provides resources for worship, education and personal growth. Finally the library enables personal enrichment and enjoyment through popular fiction, history and children’s books.
