Our sustain mission is to contribute to reducing our waste and use recyclable materials to make Christmas ornaments. The majority decided to make ornaments with egg cartons. There were other requests that we might implement next week! First we cut a specific section of the egg carton, we saw examples from the internet and then we let our creativity run wild. Our hands were full of glue, but the result made us happy! And of course we hung them on our tree! A2 class of 9th Primary School of Mytilene

OUR TREE OF WISHES! - A1, 9th Primary School of Mytilene With joyful hands and big smiles, our first graders built a Christmas tree from recyclable materials and decorated it with holiday cheer. To make it even more special, they wrote SDG-inspired wishes for our world and hung them on their tree, filling it with hope, kindness, and Christmas magic.

The A2 class of the 9th Primary School of Mytilene made cookies! We joined our desks in a single dining room and it was really very... a family situation! We cleaned the desks, washed our hands and rolled up our sleeves! We kneaded them, shaped them and after we poured them it was time for the icing. For Christmas, we made and decorated bird feeders, filled them with seeds, and hung them on the trees in our schoolyard to help care for the birds during the winter.
The A2 class of the 9th Primary School of Mytilene watched a short Christmas film, discussed its meaning and created a book with what they want to do with their parents in their free time during the Christmas holidays.
