Domaine Montclair in Languedoc Region : Our estate, located between the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Cévennes, offers a wide and diverse range of wines under several classifications: IGP Pays d’Oc, AOC Faugères, and some labelled Vin de France to allow greater creative freedom. We cultivate our vines using organic farming methods, with respect for the environment.

IGP Pays d’Oc White 2023

  • Traditional method sparkling wine, made from Chardonnay, Chenin and Mauzac.

  • A blend of Syrah & Mourvèdre
  • This wine is a powerful and structured red wine, typical of the appellation’s schist terroirs.
  • This wine imparts aromas of black fruit, garrigue, and spice.
  • The 2021 vintage shows great balance and aging potential.

IGP Pays d’Oc – Red Cuvée Les Éoliennes 2021

  • A blend of Merlot and Syrah.
  • Smooth and fruity, with great drinkability.
  • The 2021 vintage offers a fresher and more easy-drinking profile compared to the sun-drenched 2020.

IGP Pays d’Oc Rosé 2023

• Grenache & Cinsault• It is a pale rosé, very refreshing, with aromas of strawberry and grapefruit. • On the palate, the 2023 is more tangy and lively than the 2021, which was rounder and more indulgent.

AOC Faugères – White 2022

• A blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, and Grenache Blanc. • Elegant and mineral, with notes of ripe pear, honey, and sweet almond. • A structured wine that can age for 2 to 3 years. • The 2022 vintage offers a beautiful balance of richness and freshness.
