Marc internacional Convenció sobre els Drets de les Persones amb Discapacitat (ONU, 2006) → Dret a una educació inclusiva (art. 24). Marc estatal LOE (Llei Orgànica 2/2006) → Equitat i inclusió; atenció a l’alumnat amb NESE en centres ordinaris. LOMLOE (Llei Orgànica 3/2020) → Reforça la inclusió, introdueix el DUA i promou la no segregació. Marc català LEC (Llei 12/2009) → Inclusió i cohesió social com a principis del sistema educatiu. Decret 150/2017 → Desenvolupa el sistema educatiu inclusiu a Catalunya i regula els suports. 🔑 Principis clau:
- Inclusió, equitat, igualtat d’oportunitats
- Escola ordinària com a referent
- Eliminació de barreres i suports personalitzats
