During warm-up, use gloves to heat your hands up so you do not stand on the field with freezing hands.
Don’t stand still for too long and use blankets while on the bench so your muscles do not cool down too quickly.
Wear many layers — if you get too hot, you can take one off. Use thermal clothing, and wear leggings, as cold leg muscles are prone to injury
