Pauline Carter brings over 30 years’ of secondary mathematics expertise to Orbis, in both catholic and government schools. Her experience includes marking and assessing for the SACE Board, teaching mathematics education at South Australian universities and serving as a professional officer with the Mathematical Association of South Australia.
A 2011 Eureka Prize finalist, Pauline has shaped system level practice as a policy officer in the department’s Curriculum and Learning Division, where she managed and co-facilitated the Thinking Maths professional learning programs.
Today, Pauline is the lead facilitator in Orbis’ Mathematics 6-9 professional learning program, championing high-quality mathematics education that empowers all learners to think and work mathematically.
