"I choose my bracket by the mascot usally that would be the Horned Frogs, I'm not sure what team that is, or the Peacocks, I think its St. Peters, they usually are high up for me."
"Honestly I kinda just fill it out randomly, but mainly I go off of how well they'redoing during that season. If I know a team from last year went high-up in their bracket then I put that into consideration, and I also get my dad's opinion since he usually is updated on basketball."
"I will track things throughtout the season and get a pattern on who I think are better teams, people who know a lot about basketball, will look at the match ups, I don't know it well enough to do that...from what we have researched pople who know more don't always do better. For several years, I would take the top ESPN pople and fill out the bracket and put those against student who filled them out, their [ESPN's brackets] never did well, even though it is their whole job, which told me that all that knowledge may be leading to overthinking versus better thinking, all these things have led me to fill out my brackets."
"It comes from watching basketball, you just analyzing the teams, their strenghts, then when it comes time to do the bracket, I like to pick some upsets because in the bracket I play in, you get more points that eill help you will and it just fun, but there are some strong teams that you know are just going to win."
