Noris aktīvs darbs pie izstrādāto kursu satura kvalitātes izvērtējuma
IDEAL Future projekta partneri šobrīd aktīvi darbojas kvalitātes izvērtēšanas posmā. Ir izstrādāti kopīgi kvalitātes standarti (Quality Criteria Template) darba pakotnes WP4 “Kvalitātes pārskatīšanas ceļvedis un grafiks” (2025. gada septembris – 2026. gada maijs) ietvaros, lai nodrošinātu, ka visi kursu materiāli un digitālais saturs atbilst vienotiem standartiem, pirms to publicēšanas jaunajā mācību platformā.
Katrs jaunizstrādātais kurss šobrīd tiek recenzēts starp projekta partneriem, apmainoties ar konstruktīvām atsauksmēm, lai pilnveidotu to atbilstību projekta mērķiem. Izmantojot saskaņotos vērtēšanas kritērijus, partneri sniedz strukturētas atsauksmes sešas dienas pirms kursa plānotā publicēšanas datuma. Pamatojoties uz saņemtajiem izvērtējumiem, kursu autori veic mērķtiecīgus uzlabojumus pirms materiālu publicēšanas. Šī savstarpējā sadarbība palīdz nodrošināt augstu kvalitāti, lai sasniegtu labākos rezultātus un virzītos tuvāk projekta mērķim - nodrošināt inovatīvas, uz pierādījumiem balstītas profesionālās pilnveides iespējas pedagogiem, IDEAL Future digitālajā platformā.
A new IDEAL Future promotional video has just been released, showcasing the upcoming European Teacher Academy and its mission to empower educators across Europe in digital education and leadership. The video introduces the project’s nine-month professional learning programme (September 2025 – May 2026), developed by experts from France, Latvia, Ireland, and Spain. It highlights the wide range of opportunities for teachers and educational leaders to enhance their skills in AI integration, digital resource creation, online collaboration, and assessment - ll guided by the DigCompEdu framework. Participants can engage through self-study on the IDEAL Future Hub, live monthly events, and micro-credential options offering 3–9 ECTS credits. Upon completion, participants can earn certification as European Certified Digital Pedagogical Leaders.
Quality Review
The IDEAL Future partnership is currently engaged in an active quality assurance phase. A shared Quality Criteria Template has been developed under WP4: Quality Review Guide & Schedule (Sept 2025 – May 2026), ensuring that all course materials and digital content meet consistent standards before publication on the digital hub.
Each newly developed course is now being peer-reviewed among partners, with constructive feedback exchanged to enhance clarity, accessibility, and alignment with project goals. Partners use the agreed template and checklist to provide structured feedback six days before the planned release date. Based on these reviews, course authors make targeted improvements before the materials go live. This collaborative process helps maintain high quality across all outputs and supports the project’s mission to deliver innovative, evidence-based professional learning opportunities through the IDEAL Future digital platform.
After their participation in the IDEAL Future Study Visit to Madrid in April 2025, Latvian teachers returned home inspired - and ready to act. The visit, which focused on digital literacy, inclusive education, and the creative use of educational technologies, challenged participants to translate their international experience into practical change within their schools. As part of the post-visit task, each team of teachers developed a Digital Literacy Development Plan tailored to the needs of their school or municipality. The plans reflected the key ideas explored in Madrid - from ethical and purposeful use of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital tools to inclusive access, creativity, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. In August 2025, as teachers across Latvia were preparing for the new school year, Latvian educator teams - working in pairs - began implementing their Digital Literacy Development Plans, engaging both colleagues and, in some schools, even students in the process. Many schools turned these presentations into interactive EdTech workshops, where educators explored AI-supported tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Teachable Machine, and Genially, and experimented with new approaches to digital content creation, robotics, and project-based learning. In Zālīša Primary School, for example, the focus was on developing age-appropriate digital literacy progression, while at Tukums Raiņa State Gymnasium, teachers designed hands-on collaboration sessions combining computer science, design, and technology. In another school, educators integrated AI in lesson design to promote critical thinking and digital responsibility. These initiatives not only strengthened teachers’ own digital competencies but also helped establish a culture of shared innovation and reflection within schools. By aligning their work with School2030 and DigCompEdu frameworks, Latvian educators demonstrated how European collaboration can directly enhance local education quality. As one participant summarized, “Madrid gave us the vision - now we are building the reality in our schools.”
Supporting Professional Growth
Building a Strong Teaching Community
Each month, project partners will organize one professional learning event, focusing on a specific competency area. In total there will be 35 live events. These events are designed to:
- Provide hands-on, activity-based learning experiences aligned with the project’s professional learning framework.
- Offer flexible participation options, with sessions held either live online or face-to-face.
- Encourage active engagement with the Digital Hub, where participants complete short pre- and post-event activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Recognize participants’ efforts with a certificate of attendance, awarded upon completion of all required activities.
Importantly, each event takes place in the partner’s national language - Latvian, French, Spanish, or English - ensuring that educators across countries can participate fully and comfortably in their preferred language.
These learning events are an opportunity for educators, researchers, and digital education leaders to:
- Stay updated on innovative and inclusive teaching practices.
- Gain new digital skills relevant to the evolving educational landscape.
- Connect with a growing professional network of educators piloting IDEAL Future outputs.

Creación de una comunidad docente sólida
Cada mes, los socios del proyecto organizarán un evento de aprendizaje profesional, centrado en un área de competencia específica. Estos eventos están diseñados para:
- Proporcionar experiencias de aprendizaje prácticas y basadas en actividades, alineadas con el marco de aprendizaje profesional del proyecto.
- Ofrecer opciones de participación flexibles, con sesiones que se celebrarán en línea en directo o presenciales.
- Fomentar la participación activa en el Centro Digital, donde los participantes completan breves actividades antes y después del evento para mejorar los resultados del aprendizaje.
- Reconocer los esfuerzos de los participantes con un certificado de asistencia, que se otorga al completar todas las actividades requeridas.
Es importante destacar que cada evento se lleva a cabo en el idioma nacional del socio (letón, francés, español o inglés), lo que garantiza que educadores de todos los países puedan participar plenamente y con comodidad en su idioma preferido.

👉 IDEAL Future – Eventos en directo
Se acaba de publicar un nuevo vídeo promocional de IDEAL Future, en el que se presenta la próxima Academia Europea de Docentes y su misión de capacitar a los educadores de toda Europa en materia de educación digital y liderazgo. El vídeo presenta el programa de aprendizaje profesional de nueve meses de duración (septiembre de 2025 - mayo de 2026) desarrollado por expertos de Francia, Letonia, Irlanda y España. Destaca la amplia gama de oportunidades que se ofrecen a los docentes y responsables educativos para mejorar sus competencias en materia de integración de la IA, creación de recursos digitales, colaboración en línea y evaluación, todo ello guiado por el marco DigCompEdu. «Los participantes pueden participar mediante el autoaprendizaje en el IDEAL Future Hub, eventos mensuales en directo y opciones de microcredenciales que ofrecen entre 3 y 9 créditos ECTS. Al finalizar, los participantes pueden obtener la certificación como Líderes Pedagógicos Digitales Certificados Europeos.

Jaunā IDEAL Future brošūra
IDEAL Future projekta komanda ar prieku iepazīstina ar jauno digitālo brošūru, kas sniedz pārskatu par gaidāmajām profesionālās pilnveides iespējām, izstrādātām Eiropas Skolotāju akadēmijas ietvaros. Brošūrā plaši skaidrots projekta mērķis - projekta uzmanības centrā esošā digitālā līderība izglītībā un jaunizveidotie kursi, kas sāksies 2025. gada 14. oktobrī. Kopumā no 2025. gada oktobra līdz 2026. gada aprīlim tiks publicēti 35 kursi. Katru mēnesi tiks izlaisti pieci jauni kursi. Katrs kurss ir saskaņots ar DigCompEdu ietvaru, sniedzot atbalstu skolotājiem kompetenču pilnveidošanā tādās jomās kā:
- Profesionālā sadarbība un pilnveide
- Digitālo resursu izstrāde un MI integrēšana
- Mācību procesa atbalstīšana digitālajā vidē
- Uz pierādījumiem balstīta vērtēšana un iekļaujoša mācīšanas prakse

IDEAL Future Brochure
The IDEAL Future project team is proud to present a new digital brochure introducing the upcoming professional learning opportunities developed under the European Teacher Academy. The brochure highlights the project’s focus on digital leadership in education and the upcoming release of courses starting from 14 October 2025. In total there will be 35 courses released from October 2025-April 2026. With five courses being released each month. Each course is aligned with the DigCompEdu framework, supporting teachers in developing competencies in areas such as:
- Professional collaboration and engagement
- Digital resource creation and AI integratio
- Supporting learners in digital environments
- Evidence-based assessment and inclusive teaching practices
Revisión de Calidad
La asociación IDEAL Future se encuentra actualmente en una fase activa de garantía de calidad. Se ha desarrollado una plantilla de criterios de calidad compartida en el marco del WP4: Guía y calendario de revisión de la calidad (septiembre de 2025 - mayo de 2026), que garantiza que todos los materiales del curso y los contenidos digitales cumplan unas normas coherentes antes de su publicación en el centro digital.
Cada curso recién desarrollado se somete ahora a una revisión por pares entre los socios, en la que se intercambian comentarios constructivos para mejorar la claridad, la accesibilidad y la alineación con los objetivos del proyecto. Los socios utilizan la plantilla y la lista de verificación acordadas para proporcionar comentarios estructurados seis días antes de la fecha de lanzamiento prevista. Basándose en estas revisiones, los autores de los cursos realizan mejoras específicas antes de que los materiales se publiquen. Este proceso colaborativo ayuda a mantener una alta calidad en todos los resultados y respalda la misión del proyecto de ofrecer oportunidades de aprendizaje profesional innovadoras y basadas en la evidencia a través de la plataforma digital IDEAL Future.

Tras su participación en la visita de estudio IDEAL Future a Madrid en abril de 2025, los profesores letones regresaron a su país inspirados y dispuestos a actuar. La visita, que se centró en la alfabetización digital, la educación inclusiva y el uso creativo de las tecnologías educativas, animó a los participantes a traducir su experiencia internacional en cambios prácticos dentro de sus escuelas. Como parte de las tareas posteriores a la visita, cada equipo de docentes elaboró un Plan de Desarrollo de Alfabetización Digital adaptado a las necesidades de su escuela o municipio. Los planes reflejaban las ideas clave exploradas en Madrid, desde el uso ético y con propósito de la inteligencia artificial (IA) y las herramientas digitales hasta el acceso inclusivo, la creatividad y la colaboración interdisciplinaria. En agosto de 2025, mientras los profesores de toda Letonia se preparaban para el nuevo curso escolar, equipos de educadores letones, trabajando por parejas, comenzaron a poner en práctica sus planes de desarrollo de la alfabetización digital, involucrando tanto a sus colegas como, en algunos colegios, incluso a los alumnos en el proceso. Muchas escuelas convirtieron estas presentaciones en talleres interactivos de tecnología educativa, en los que los educadores exploraron herramientas basadas en la inteligencia artificial, como Canva, ChatGPT, Teachable Machine y Genially, y experimentaron con nuevos enfoques para la creación de contenidos digitales, la robótica y el aprendizaje basado en proyectos. Pēc dalības IDEAL Future organizētajā pieredzes apmaiņas braucienā uz Madridi 2025. gada aprīlī, Latvijas skolotāji mājās atgriezās iedvesmoti un gatavi rīkoties. Vizīte, kuras uzmanības centrā bija digitālā pratība, iekļaujoša izglītība un radoša izglītības tehnoloģiju izmantošana, mudināja dalībniekus gūtās pieredzes atziņas pārvērst praktiskās pārmaiņās savās skolās. Pēc vizītes sekoja uzdevums, kura nosacījumos katra skolotāju komanda izstrādāja digitālās pratības attīstības plānu, pielāgotu savas skolas vai pašvaldības vajadzībām. Plānos atspoguļotas Madridē aplūkotās galvenās idejas - sākot no mākslīgā intelekta (MI) un digitālo rīku ētiskas un mērķtiecīgas izmantošanas līdz iekļaujošai pieejamībai, radošumam un starpdisciplinārai sadarbībai. Šī gada augustā, skolotājiem visā Latvijā gatavojoties jaunajam mācību gadam, Latvijas pedagogu komandas sāka īstenot savus digitālās pratības attīstības plānus, procesa norisē iesaistot gan kolēģus, gan skolēnus. Daudzas skolas šīs prezentācijas pārvērta par interaktīvām EdTech darbnīcām, kurās pedagogi izzināja ar mākslīgo intelektu darbināmus rīkus, piemēram, Canva, ChatGPT, Teachable Machine un Genially, kā arī eksperimentēja ar jaunām pieejām digitālā satura veidošanā, robotikā un projektu balstītā mācīšanās procesā. Piemēram, Zālīša sākumskolā uzmanība tika pievērsta vecumposmam atbilstošas digitālās pratības attīstības secības izstrādei, savukārt Tukumā Raiņa Valsts ģimnāzijā skolotāji veidoja praktiskas sadarbības nodarbības, apvienojot datorzinību un dizaina un tehnoloģiju priekšmetus. Citā skolā pedagogi integrēja mākslīgo intelektu mācību stundu plānošanā, lai veicinātu kritisko domāšanu un digitālo atbildību. Šīs iniciatīvas ne vien stiprināja pašu skolotāju digitālās kompetences, bet arī veicināja kopīgas inovācijas un refleksijas kultūras izveidi skolās. Saskaņojot savu darbu ar Skola2030 un DigCompEdu ietvariem, Latvijas pedagogi parādīja, kā Eiropas sadarbība var tieši ietekmēt un uzlabot izglītības kvalitāti nacionālā līmenī. Kā sacīja viens no pieredzes apmaiņas brauciena dalībniekiem: “Madride mums deva vīziju, tagad mēs veidojam realitāti savās skolās.”

Būtiski, ka mācības notiek vairākās projekta partneru valodās: latviešu, franču, spāņu vai angļu un nodrošinot, ka pedagogi dažādās valstīs var pilnvērtīgi un ērti piedalīties apmācībās sev vēlamajā valodā.

Quality Review
The IDEAL Future partnership is currently engaged in an active quality assurance phase. A shared Quality Criteria Template has been developed under WP4: Quality Review Guide & Schedule (Sept 2025 – May 2026), ensuring that all course materials and digital content meet consistent standards before publication on the digital hub.
Each newly developed course is now being peer-reviewed among partners, with constructive feedback exchanged to enhance clarity, accessibility, and alignment with project goals. Partners use the agreed template and checklist to provide structured feedback six days before the planned release date. Based on these reviews, course authors make targeted improvements before the materials go live. This collaborative process helps maintain high quality across all outputs and supports the project’s mission to deliver innovative, evidence-based professional learning opportunities through the IDEAL Future digital platform.
The brochure also outlines how the IDEAL Future platform will serve as a hub for professional growth, offering flexible, high-quality learning experiences for educators across Europe. Partners invite educators, trainers, and school leaders to explore the materials and join the growing IDEAL Future learning community.
IDEAL Future Brochure
The IDEAL Future project team is proud to present a new digital brochure introducing the upcoming professional learning opportunities developed under the European Teacher Academy. The brochure highlights the project’s focus on digital leadership in education and the upcoming release of courses starting from 14 October 2025. In total there will be 35 courses released from October 2025-April 2026. With five courses being released each month. Each course is aligned with the DigCompEdu framework, supporting teachers in developing competencies in areas such as:
- Professional collaboration and engagement
- Digital resource creation and AI integratio
- Supporting learners in digital environments
- Evidence-based assessment and inclusive teaching practices

Nuevo folleto IDEAL Future
El equipo del proyecto IDEAL Future se enorgullece de presentar un nuevo folleto digital en el que se presentan las próximas oportunidades de aprendizaje profesional desarrolladas en el marco de la Academia Europea de Profesorado. El folleto destaca el enfoque del proyecto en el liderazgo digital en la educación y el próximo lanzamiento de cursos a partir del 14 de octubre de 2025. En total, se lanzarán 35 cursos entre octubre de 2025 y abril de 2026. Se lanzarán cinco cursos cada mes. Cada curso se ajusta al marco DigCompEdu y ayuda a los profesores a desarrollar competencias en áreas como:

Noris aktīvs darbs pie izstrādāto kursu satura kvalitātes izvērtējuma
IDEAL Future projekta partneri šobrīd aktīvi darbojas kvalitātes izvērtēšanas posmā. Ir izstrādāti kopīgi kvalitātes standarti (Quality Criteria Template) darba pakotnes WP4 “Kvalitātes pārskatīšanas ceļvedis un grafiks” (2025. gada septembris – 2026. gada maijs) ietvaros, lai nodrošinātu, ka visi kursu materiāli un digitālais saturs atbilst vienotiem standartiem, pirms to publicēšanas jaunajā mācību platformā.
Katrs jaunizstrādātais kurss šobrīd tiek recenzēts starp projekta partneriem, apmainoties ar konstruktīvām atsauksmēm, lai pilnveidotu to atbilstību projekta mērķiem. Izmantojot saskaņotos vērtēšanas kritērijus, partneri sniedz strukturētas atsauksmes sešas dienas pirms kursa plānotā publicēšanas datuma. Pamatojoties uz saņemtajiem izvērtējumiem, kursu autori veic mērķtiecīgus uzlabojumus pirms materiālu publicēšanas. Šī savstarpējā sadarbība palīdz nodrošināt augstu kvalitāti, lai sasniegtu labākos rezultātus un virzītos tuvāk projekta mērķim - nodrošināt inovatīvas, uz pierādījumiem balstītas profesionālās pilnveides iespējas pedagogiem, IDEAL Future digitālajā platformā.
A new IDEAL Future promotional video has just been released, showcasing the upcoming European Teacher Academy and its mission to empower educators across Europe in digital education and leadership. The video introduces the project’s nine-month professional learning programme (September 2025 – May 2026), developed by experts from France, Latvia, Ireland, and Spain. It highlights the wide range of opportunities for teachers and educational leaders to enhance their skills in AI integration, digital resource creation, online collaboration, and assessment - ll guided by the DigCompEdu framework. Participants can engage through self-study on the IDEAL Future Hub, live monthly events, and micro-credential options offering 3–9 ECTS credits. Upon completion, participants can earn certification as European Certified Digital Pedagogical Leaders.

After their participation in the IDEAL Future Study Visit to Madrid in April 2025, Latvian teachers returned home inspired - and ready to act. The visit, which focused on digital literacy, inclusive education, and the creative use of educational technologies, challenged participants to translate their international experience into practical change within their schools. As part of the post-visit task, each team of teachers developed a Digital Literacy Development Plan tailored to the needs of their school or municipality. The plans reflected the key ideas explored in Madrid - from ethical and purposeful use of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital tools to inclusive access, creativity, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. In August 2025, as teachers across Latvia were preparing for the new school year, Latvian educator teams - working in pairs - began implementing their Digital Literacy Development Plans, engaging both colleagues and, in some schools, even students in the process. Many schools turned these presentations into interactive EdTech workshops, where educators explored AI-supported tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Teachable Machine, and Genially, and experimented with new approaches to digital content creation, robotics, and project-based learning. In Zālīša Primary School, for example, the focus was on developing age-appropriate digital literacy progression, while at Tukums Raiņa State Gymnasium, teachers designed hands-on collaboration sessions combining computer science, design, and technology. In another school, educators integrated AI in lesson design to promote critical thinking and digital responsibility. These initiatives not only strengthened teachers’ own digital competencies but also helped establish a culture of shared innovation and reflection within schools. By aligning their work with School2030 and DigCompEdu frameworks, Latvian educators demonstrated how European collaboration can directly enhance local education quality. As one participant summarized, “Madrid gave us the vision - now we are building the reality in our schools.”
Supporting Professional Growth
Building a Strong Teaching Community
Each month, project partners will organize one professional learning event, focusing on a specific competency area. In total there will be 35 live events. These events are designed to:
- Provide hands-on, activity-based learning experiences aligned with the project’s professional learning framework.
- Offer flexible participation options, with sessions held either live online or face-to-face.
- Encourage active engagement with the Digital Hub, where participants complete short pre- and post-event activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Recognize participants’ efforts with a certificate of attendance, awarded upon completion of all required activities.
Importantly, each event takes place in the partner’s national language - Latvian, French, Spanish, or English - ensuring that educators across countries can participate fully and comfortably in their preferred language.These learning events are an opportunity for educators, researchers, and digital education leaders to:
- Stay updated on innovative and inclusive teaching practices.
- Gain new digital skills relevant to the evolving educational landscape.
- Connect with a growing professional network of educators piloting IDEAL Future outputs.
- Engage in on-going certification opportunities that support their professional development.

Cada mes, los socios del proyecto organizarán un evento de aprendizaje profesional, centrado en un área de competencia específica. Estos eventos están diseñados para:
- Proporcionar experiencias de aprendizaje prácticas y basadas en actividades, alineadas con el marco de aprendizaje profesional del proyecto.
- Ofrecer opciones de participación flexibles, con sesiones que se celebrarán en línea en directo o presenciales.
- Fomentar la participación activa en el Centro Digital, donde los participantes completan breves actividades antes y después del evento para mejorar los resultados del aprendizaje.
- Reconocer los esfuerzos de los participantes con un certificado de asistencia, que se otorga al completar todas las actividades requeridas.

Se acaba de publicar un nuevo vídeo promocional de IDEAL Future, en el que se presenta la próxima Academia Europea de Docentes y su misión de capacitar a los educadores de toda Europa en materia de educación digital y liderazgo. El vídeo presenta el programa de aprendizaje profesional de nueve meses de duración (septiembre de 2025 - mayo de 2026) desarrollado por expertos de Francia, Letonia, Irlanda y España. La asociación IDEAL Future se encuentra actualmente en una fase activa de garantía de calidad. Se ha desarrollado una plantilla de criterios de calidad compartida en el marco del WP4: Guía y calendario de revisión de la calidad (septiembre de 2025 - mayo de 2026), que garantiza que todos los materiales del curso y los contenidos digitales cumplan unas normas coherentes antes de su publicación en el centro digital.
Cada curso recién desarrollado se somete ahora a una revisión por pares entre los socios, en la que se intercambian comentarios constructivos para mejorar la claridad, la accesibilidad y la alineación con los objetivos del proyecto. Tras su participación en la visita de estudio IDEAL Future a Madrid en abril de 2025, los profesores letones regresaron a su país inspirados y dispuestos a actuar. La visita, que se centró en la alfabetización digital, la educación inclusiva y el uso creativo de las tecnologías educativas, animó a los participantes a traducir su experiencia internacional en cambios prácticos dentro de sus escuelas. Como parte de las tareas posteriores a la visita, cada equipo de docentes elaboró un Plan de Desarrollo de Alfabetización Digital adaptado a las necesidades de su escuela o municipio. Los planes reflejaban las ideas clave exploradas en Madrid, desde el uso ético y con propósito de la inteligencia artificial (IA) y las herramientas digitales hasta el acceso inclusivo, la creatividad y la colaboración interdisciplinaria. En agosto de 2025, mientras los profesores de toda Letonia se preparaban para el nuevo curso escolar, equipos de educadores letones, trabajando por parejas, comenzaron a poner en práctica sus planes de desarrollo de la alfabetización digital, involucrando tanto a sus colegas como, en algunos colegios, incluso a los alumnos en el proceso. Muchas escuelas convirtieron estas presentaciones en talleres interactivos de tecnología educativa, en los que los educadores exploraron herramientas basadas en la inteligencia artificial, como Canva, ChatGPT, Teachable Machine y Genially, y experimentaron con nuevos enfoques para la creación de contenidos digitales, la robótica y el aprendizaje basado en proyectos. Vizīte, kuras uzmanības centrā bija digitālā pratība, iekļaujoša izglītība un radoša izglītības tehnoloģiju izmantošana, mudināja dalībniekus gūtās pieredzes atziņas pārvērst praktiskās pārmaiņās savās skolās. Pēc vizītes sekoja uzdevums, kura nosacījumos katra skolotāju komanda izstrādāja digitālās pratības attīstības plānu, pielāgotu savas skolas vai pašvaldības vajadzībām. Plānos atspoguļotas Madridē aplūkotās galvenās idejas - sākot no mākslīgā intelekta (MI) un digitālo rīku ētiskas un mērķtiecīgas izmantošanas līdz iekļaujošai pieejamībai, radošumam un starpdisciplinārai sadarbībai. Šī gada augustā, skolotājiem visā Latvijā gatavojoties jaunajam mācību gadam, Latvijas pedagogu komandas sāka īstenot savus digitālās pratības attīstības plānus, procesa norisē iesaistot gan kolēģus, gan skolēnus. Daudzas skolas šīs prezentācijas pārvērta par interaktīvām EdTech darbnīcām, kurās pedagogi izzināja ar mākslīgo intelektu darbināmus rīkus, piemēram, Canva, ChatGPT, Teachable Machine un Genially, kā arī eksperimentēja ar jaunām pieejām digitālā satura veidošanā, robotikā un projektu balstītā mācīšanās procesā. Piemēram, Zālīša sākumskolā uzmanība tika pievērsta vecumposmam atbilstošas digitālās pratības attīstības secības izstrādei, savukārt Tukumā Raiņa Valsts ģimnāzijā skolotāji veidoja praktiskas sadarbības nodarbības, apvienojot datorzinību un dizaina un tehnoloģiju priekšmetus. Citā skolā pedagogi integrēja mākslīgo intelektu mācību stundu plānošanā, lai veicinātu kritisko domāšanu un digitālo atbildību. Šīs iniciatīvas ne vien stiprināja pašu skolotāju digitālās kompetences, bet arī veicināja kopīgas inovācijas un refleksijas kultūras izveidi skolās. Saskaņojot savu darbu ar Skola2030 un DigCompEdu ietvariem, Latvijas pedagogi parādīja, kā Eiropas sadarbība var tieši ietekmēt un uzlabot izglītības kvalitāti nacionālā līmenī. Kā sacīja viens no pieredzes apmaiņas brauciena dalībniekiem: “Madride mums deva vīziju, tagad mēs veidojam realitāti savās skolās.”

Building a Strong Teaching Community
Each month, project partners will organize one professional learning event, focusing on a specific competency area. In total there will be 35 live events. These events are designed to:
- Provide hands-on, activity-based learning experiences aligned with the project’s professional learning framework.
- Offer flexible participation options, with sessions held either live online or face-to-face.
- Encourage active engagement with the Digital Hub, where participants complete short pre- and post-event activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Recognize participants’ efforts with a certificate of attendance, awarded upon completion of all required activities.
Importantly, each event takes place in the partner’s national language - Latvian, French, Spanish, or English - ensuring that educators across countries can participate fully and comfortably in their preferred language.These learning events are an opportunity for educators, researchers, and digital education leaders to:
- Stay updated on innovative and inclusive teaching practices.
- Gain new digital skills relevant to the evolving educational landscape.
- Connect with a growing professional network of educators piloting IDEAL Future outputs.
- Engage in on-going certification opportunities that support their professional development.

- veicināt aktīvu iesaisti projektā izstrādātajā mācību platformā, kur dalībnieki veic īsas aktivitātes pirms un pēc apmācībām, lai uzlabotu mācīšanās rezultātus.
- Dalībnieki saņem apliecinājumu par dalību apmēcībās pēc visu nepieciešamo aktivitāšu izpildes.

Quality Review
The IDEAL Future partnership is currently engaged in an active quality assurance phase. A shared Quality Criteria Template has been developed under WP4: Quality Review Guide & Schedule (Sept 2025 – May 2026), ensuring that all course materials and digital content meet consistent standards before publication on the digital hub.
Each newly developed course is now being peer-reviewed among partners, with constructive feedback exchanged to enhance clarity, accessibility, and alignment with project goals. Partners use the agreed template and checklist to provide structured feedback six days before the planned release date. Based on these reviews, course authors make targeted improvements before the materials go live. This collaborative process helps maintain high quality across all outputs and supports the project’s mission to deliver innovative, evidence-based professional learning opportunities through the IDEAL Future digital platform.
The brochure also outlines how the IDEAL Future platform will serve as a hub for professional growth, offering flexible, high-quality learning experiences for educators across Europe. Partners invite educators, trainers, and school leaders to explore the materials and join the growing IDEAL Future learning community.

The IDEAL Future project team is proud to present a new digital brochure introducing the upcoming professional learning opportunities developed under the European Teacher Academy. The brochure highlights the project’s focus on digital leadership in education and the upcoming release of courses starting from 14 October 2025. Nuevo folleto IDEAL Future
El equipo del proyecto IDEAL Future se enorgullece de presentar un nuevo folleto digital en el que se presentan las próximas oportunidades de aprendizaje profesional desarrolladas en el marco de la Academia Europea de Profesorado. El folleto destaca el enfoque del proyecto en el liderazgo digital en la educación y el próximo lanzamiento de cursos a partir del 14 de octubre de 2025.
