COICA crea el Fideicomiso del Fondo Amazonía para la Vida, como base jurídica y financiera para la administración autónoma y transparente de los recursos indígenas.
Se aprueba el segundo proyecto nacional, enfocado en fortalecer la bio economía indígena y la gobernanza organizativa en la Amazonía ecuatoriana.
Se firma el primer proyecto nacional del FAV, destinado a fortalecer la gobernanza, la bioeconomía y la conservación en territorios indígenas peruanos.
Comienzan las acciones de campo para consolidar capacidades administrativas, elaborar indicadores propios y desarrollar planes territoriales indígenas.
