Use the navigation buttons on the left side of any screen to return to the previous page or jump to a specific section. A menu is also available to return to this home page or access the main sections of the guide. Items inside a gold box are interactive. Tap or click them to open additional options or information. All control panel buttons are active on the left-hand side of the screen. Select any button to learn more about the available controls. For example, choosing Mic Control or Environment Control will provide additional information about those specific room settings.

Keyboard and Mouse
The USB dongles for the keyboard and mouse are plugged into the USB ports on the wall above the storage cabinets. The keyboard and mouse are connected to the Room PC input
Table Camera
Use Microsoft Teams on the Room PC to facilitate video calls.
Laptop HDMI Connection
To connect your device to the MaxHub screen, use the HDMI cable on the table and select “Table Laptop” on the Control Panel.
USB Ports
The USB adapters for the keyboard and mouse are plugged in here
Storage Cabinet
Microphones are placed here to charge. When all five lights are green, the microphone is fully charged. These are wireless microphones that can be placed at each seat or anywhere on the table. To mute or unmute, press the button on the base of the microphone.
Lectern Camera
When the Room PC or Table Laptop are selected, these cameras will automatically zoom and track meeting attendees in the room.
