Tourism in Uzbekistan
More than 9 millions of tourists for the first 10 months
Most travelers came from neighboring countries: 2.4 million from Kyrgyzstan, 2 million from Kazakhstan, and 1.9 million from Tajikistan. Russia came in second with 757,100 visitors, followed by Afghanistan (343,600) and Turkmenistan (275,000). Uzbekistan also welcomed a growing number of foreign tourists, including 176,900 from China, 129,900 from Turkey, 55,800 from India, and 35,200 from South Korea.

What are the demands of the tourists? Using Social Media to define the demand
Touristic Map
What are the needs for the tourist ? When you read Facebook/Instagram groups of foreigners, the questions are some practical problems How to book train ticket... Searching of french (or other language) guide But also ideas of visiting places... After the famous places, no other proposals . Tourist don't know what to see. And specially for Ferghana Valley. One tourist wrote theat there is nothing to see there. Actually there is no map for the tourist (in the hotel for example) as in the most european cities

Idea: Build a touristic map on two differents way: paper and interactiv map on internet Map would be distributed in Hotel (as gift) with QR Code to the sites. Hotel can show places and Taxi will know where to Go.

Idea: use the panorama database for other purpose like tourism
Ferghana is a region where tourism is not developped . Region is not centred, "far away to acceed", less impressive monuments. Idea: work with Tadjikistan and Kirghizstan
2. Extensions for tourism: guide and education
Local guides can look other places and prepare presentation(and show to their clients)
Education of guide at University (or special courses)
Internet lessons with the site (example)
