Bienvenue sur mon portfolio
Qui suis-je ?
Je m’appelle Alison Goursaud et je suis étudiante en BUT GEMA Immobilier à l’IUT Paul Sabatier de Toulouse. L’immobilier est une véritable passion pour moi, et mes expériences en alternance, notamment chez Stéphane Plaza Immobilier à Albi et à travers de mes nombreux stages, m’ont permis de découvrir les différentes facettes du métier : transaction, location, gestion et fonctionnement d’une agence.
L'OBJECTIF ?
Ce portfolio a pour objectif de mettre en valeur mon parcours, mes compétences et les projets qui ont marqué mon évolution dans le domaine de l’immobilier. Je vous souhaite une bonne découverte de mon univers.

Je souhaite développer mon réseau dans l’immobilier en m’appuyant sur la confiance, l’écoute et le contact humain. Ces dernières années en alternance m’ont permis de comprendre le fonctionnement d’une agence et d’intervenir sur plusieurs facettes du métier, ce qui me motive à poursuivre mon évolution dans ce secteur. Mon objectif à long terme est d’ouvrir ma propre agence immobilière, où je pourrais mettre en pratique mes valeurs et offrir un accompagnement à mon image. (Mon CV est disponible en pièce jointe pour détailler mon parcours et mes expériences.)
Je cherche à continuer à développer mon autonomie, ma rigueur et ma curiosité, qui me sont indispensables dans mon quotidien et dans mes projets. J’aime relever de nouveaux défis et apprendre de chaque expérience, qu’elle soit scolaire, professionnelle ou personnelle. Mes projets personnels me permettent de mieux me connaître, d’élargir mes compétences et d’acquérir de nouvelles perspectives, afin d’être plus efficace et épanouie dans ma vie professionnelle comme dans ma vie personnelle.
