Dans un contexte économique difficile pour la viticulture, le projet VIREG vise à mettre le réemploi de vieux outils agricoles au service de l’innovation en viticulture. Et si la solution pour alléger les coûts et mieux gérer les couverts végétaux se trouvait déjà dans les hangars agricoles ? Cette initiative collective est portée par l'Atelier Paysan, et rassemble 5 groupes de viticulteur.ices d'Alsace, de Rhône-Alpes (Drôme et Ardèche) et d'Occitanie (Aude), en partenariat avec le Bio Civam de l’Aude, les FRCUMA Grand Est et AURA, la FNCUMA, Bio en Grand Est, la Chambre d'agriculture d'Alsace, Agribiodrôme, Bio Occitanie, Chemin Cueillant, l'ADAF, le CFPPA du Haut Rhin et le Grab
L'Atelier Paysan
L’Atelier Paysan accompagne les agriculteurs et agricultrices dans la conception et la fabrication de machines et de bâtiments adaptés à une agroécologie paysanne. En remobilisant les producteurs et productrices sur les choix autour de l’outil de travail des fermes, nous retrouvons collectivement une autonomie technique. En analysant les ingrédients du verrouillage de l’agriculture industrialisée dans laquelle nous enferment les politiques publiques et les intérêts particuliers, nous nous donnons les moyens de transformer nos campagnes et notre alimentation.
