Durante la reunión, los socios también iniciaron la planificación de las actividades del WP3: Marco Pedagógico para una Educación STEM Inclusiva en Materia de Género, liderado por la University of Jyväskylä (Finlandia). Este paquete de trabajo se centra en desarrollar un marco pedagógico integral que sirva de guía para docentes y educadores en la promoción de entornos de aprendizaje STEM más inclusivos y equitativos. Con estos avances, ViReal4STEM continúa fortaleciendo su compromiso con la igualdad de género y la innovación educativa, y seguiremos trabajando juntos para inspirar a las futuras generaciones de científicas, ingenieras y tecnólogas en toda Europa.

During the meeting, the partners also began planning the activities of Work Package 3 (WP3): Pedagogical Framework for Gender-Inclusive STEM Education, led by the University of Jyväskylä (Finland). This work package focuses on developing a comprehensive pedagogical framework that will serve as a guide for teachers and educators in promoting more inclusive and equitable STEM learning environments. With these advances, ViReal4STEM continues to strengthen its commitment to gender equality and educational innovation, and we will keep working together to inspire future generations of scientists, engineers, and technologists across Europe.

Our meeting

During two productive days, the consortium shared progress, ideas, and next steps to continue advancing the development of virtual reality experiences designed to inspire girls and young women to pursue STEM careers. The partners reviewed the project’s progress, discussed improvements to the virtual scenarios, and explored new ways to make the experience more immersive, inclusive, and motivating for students.

Tijekom boravka u Bielsko-Białi, partneri su također imali priliku testirati aplikaciju u prostorijama 4Experience VR Developersa. Cijeli 4Experience tim pokazao je veliku spremnost objasniti svoj rad i omogućio konzorciju da se uroni u iskustvo virtualne stvarnosti, dijeleći tehnički i kreativni napredak projekta. Partneri su se dogovorili o sljedećim koracima za nastavak suradnje i jačanje ViReal4STEM-a kao inovativne europske inicijative koja kombinira tehnologiju, obrazovanje i rodnu perspektivu kako bi razbila stereotipe i promovirala jednakost u znanstvenim i tehnološkim područjima.

Jedna od najzanimljivijih tema o kojima se raspravljalo tijekom sastanka bila je integracija glasova generiranih umjetnom inteligencijom za likove u aplikaciji, prilagođenih svakom od jezika konzorcija.
