Become more aware of your inner world

1. In your notebook, briefly summarize in a few words what you discovered and what you felt in the video you just watched. What did you notice in your inner world? Images? Sensations? Emotions? Other thoughts? 2. Think back to painful moments in your life and test Byron Katie’s statement for yourself: What thoughts were you thinking and believing during those experiences? What was the result or what were the effects of believing your thoughts? From now on, every time you encounter a painful situation, I invite you to notice the thoughts and beliefs that are running through your mind.
