When we work on or read about behavior change problems, we may see different terms like beliefs, attitudes, and intentions in addition to behavior. These terms are important and often closely linked to behavior. Yet it is people's behavior, not just attitudes or knowledge, that are most closely linked to our desired environmental outcomes. As a result, we encourage you to consider what specific behaviors are relevant for your environmental challenge.
