Rental Rate Functionality and Tools

What you should know:
Rental Rates includes various tools that help streamline your work and processes. You can add rates in bulk, update quantities, search for spaces, revert changes, or remove rental rates to manage pricing more efficiently.
Click the arrows at the top to move to the next slide.
Add Rates in Bulk

Click Add at the top of the Rental Rates slider. This will activate the rows for all bookings that do not have rates. Use Fill Column to populate en masse.
Solution
Scenario
You would like to add the same rate to multiple rooms at once.
Click the + to learn more.
Update Quantities

Click Update Quantities. Be advised that this will update the quantities for all booked spaces that have been changed.
Solution
Scenario
You have just changed the number of hours a room was booked and would like the change reflected in the rental rates.
Click the + to learn more.
Search for a Space

Use the Search feature to bring the desired rooms into view.
Solution
Scenario
You have a large number of booked spaces and would like to view or edit all rental rates for a specific room.
Click the + to learn more.
Revert to Previous

Click Undo to the left of the rental rate before saving. This will revert the rate back to the original information and return it to view-only.

You have made an error or would not like to save your changes.
Click the + to learn more.
Remove Rental Rate

Click the red X next to the rate to remove it. To remove all rates, click Remove All at the top of the column.

You do not want to bill a client for a particular booked space.
