introduction
Hi, we are Nico and Guille, and we are the best architects in the city and soon to be the directors of this great school. To achieve this, we will have to meet these requirements. 1. Make a list of the disabilities the school needs to support.
2. For each one, think about what physical barriers could cause problems. 3. Decide what different areas the building needs and how the spaces will be organised within the building.
4. Create an architect's plan of the new building, including the access from the street.
LIST
Our school will offer many types of support.
1. It will have elevators to assist people with injuries or disabilities.
2. In addition, it will have multiple access ramps in the places where they are most needed, for example, in the restrooms.
3. Students with disabilities will have a specialized classroom and will share class time with other students in some classes.
4. Finally, we will have a full complement of teachers specializing in all subjects, and specifically for students with disabilities, specialized teachers.
