What you should know:
+ Start Tutorial
Once the Price Schedule is assigned to the event, you can select which of the preconfigured rates from the price schedule to apply to the room rentals.

Applying an Existing Rental Rate Steps 1, 2 and 3
Navigate to the Booking tab in Events. Click the Rental Rates tab. Click Set Rental Rates to open the Rental Rates slider.

Click +Next to move to the next step.

Select the Price Schedule you would like to use. Note: This field will only appear if there are multiple Price Schedules with Rental Rates assigned to the event.

When the Price Schedule to use is defined, a Rental Rate will be listed for each booked space that has an associated rate on the price schedule.

Rental Rate and Rate Defaults
The Rate Type will default to the rate listed first in the price schedule. The rates can be sorted so that the most-used rate is at the top. The Rate in the price schedule for the default Rate Type will be auto-filled.
