This dude Jack gets a gig as a winter caretaker for a super creepy, vintage hotel way up in the mountains. He told Wendy and Danny let´s go for vacay and have extra dough. Sounds chill right? Nope! Bad vibes from the jump. The hotel´s like "Nah bro, we´re about to mess with your head" Jack goes cray, typing random nonsense all day, talking to ghosts and getting bad energy. Meanwhile, Danny who is his kid got this spooky shine thing basically psychic Wi-Fi lets him see ghosts, blood elevators. That doc can´t catch a break so, he starts to scream "redrum"

Soon enough Wendy who is his wife, she´s like enough is enough. Jack wanted to kill them, Danny was on edge, Wendy was antsy. It was a shindig. By the end Wendy and Danny bounce, and the Overlook Hotel was like "Mission accomplished, another soul down"
