Prioritization Methodology Development

• After capturing gaps and barriers identified in Phase 1, RMC will conduct a series of broad-based stakeholder outreach workshops, listening sessions, and webinars to communicate lessons learned from the TAC.

• This feedback will be developed into actionable criteria for project evaluation, overlaying this feedback with available data on community vulnerability and threats to forest health and critical infrastructure.

• The TAC will then reconvene incorporating findings from these activities into a revised, spatially explicit portfolio of wildfire resilience projects and a transparent methodology for prioritizing project implementation.
