Team up for mental health

Because every athlete deserves support both on and off the field

Mental health struggles affect millions — including athletes who often feel pressured to stay strong and silent.

  • 1 in 5 young people experience a mental health condition each year
  • Nearly 60% do not receive the treatment they need
  • Student-athletes experience higher rates of anxiety and depression due to stress, performance pressure, and burnout

Mental health is just as important as physical health. When we break the stigma, we build stronger teammates, stronger friends, and stronger communities.

How Sports Can Make A Difference

Sports teach teamwork, resilience, and belonging — all essential for mental wellness. Our team can help by: ✅ Promoting open conversations ✅ Supporting teammates who are struggling ✅ Connecting athletes with mental health resources ✅ Using our platform to reach fans, classmates, and our community

Our Teams Action Plan

My Personal Connection

I’ve seen friends struggle silently with anxiety and stress from school and sports. When teammates reach out, even just to listen, it can change someone’s entire week. Supporting mental health means no one plays alone.
