Mental health struggles affect millions — including athletes who often feel pressured to stay strong and silent.
- 1 in 5 young people experience a mental health condition each year
- Nearly 60% do not receive the treatment they need
- Student-athletes experience higher rates of anxiety and depression due to stress, performance pressure, and burnout
Mental health is just as important as physical health. When we break the stigma, we build stronger teammates, stronger friends, and stronger communities.
