From the guard position, extend your lead arm straight toward the target. Rotate your shoulder and fist.
HOOK
The right hook is thrown by rotating the hips and torso, with the elbow at 90° and the fist in an arc toward the target, generating power from the legs and quickly returning to guard.
UPPERCUT
The uppercut is thrown from close to the body with a push from the legs and torso, the fist rises in a vertical line toward the chin, and quickly returns to guard.
