What you should know:

Configure Staff Assignments

Staff Assignments are used to identify key venue personnel and third-party contractors working on behalf of the venue that are responsible for specific aspects of each event. Staff assignments can be set at the event level and the function level for additional flexibility in your event management workflows. Users can be assigned to event staff assignments, function staff assignments, or both, depending on their role, venue, and event.

Note

Staff Assignments are managed in System Admin and the System Admin role is required to access them. In order to assign staff to an event or function, they must have an active Momentus Elite user account and be listed as an option in the staff assignment configuration.
