Expresiones fijas que llevan -ing

- Stop. Exemple: Stop smoking (deja la actividad). / Stop to smoke (paras otra cosa para fumar). - Remember / forget. Exemple: I remember locking the door (recuerdo haberlo hecho). / Remember to lock the door (acuérdate de hacerlo).

Verbos con cambio de significado (-ing vs. to + infinitive)

See/hear/notice/watch/feel + objeto + -ing (acción en progreso). Exemple: I saw him crossing the street. También existen con bare infinitive: I saw him cross the street (acción completa).
