THE SILENT SCREEN
A customer calls and says, “My TV has sound, but there’s no picture!"
NO CONNECTION
You’ve just finished setup, but the customer says, "This TV isn't connecting to my Wi-Fi."
IT WON'T TURN ON
During delivery, the customer says, "It doesn't look like the new TV is turning on."
NO SOUND
The customer says, “I can see the picture, but I can’t hear anything.”
APP WON'T LOAD
The customer says, "Netflix won’t open on my Smart TV, but everything else seems fine."
