Build Advanced Searches: Combine multiple fields and commands to isolate precise student groups
Time to Sign In!
Step 1: Click the CCA Portal Link Step 2: Click on the "PowerSchool ADMIN icon" Step 3: Use your CCA Credentials to sign in!
Current Selection
Current Selection in PowerSchool refers to the group of records you are actively working with at that moment. Such as a set of students, staff, or courses. Any action you take next - like exporting data, running a report, or updating information - will only apply to that selected group until you clear or change the selection.
Quick Exports
Quick Exports allow you to quickly download specific data fields from your current selection into an Excel Spreadsheet. You choose the fields you need, run the export, and PowerSchool generates a file containing only those data points for only the records you currently have selected.
Quick Export Fields
Once you Click Quick Export, PowerSchool will show a list of fields you have previously used. These appear automatically as a shortcut, so you can quickly select common fields without having to search for them again. You can keep, remove, or add fields before running the export.

If you’ve never used Quick Export before, the field list will start empty. You add the fields you want to include, and PowerSchool will remember them for next time.

Use the Multi-Select Feature for Specific Data Pull Add Additional Fields to Enhance Data Views
Multi-Select Feature
PowerSchool's Multi-Select feature allows you manually create a current selection by choosing a specific group of people based on your needs.
For example, you could paste the learner edio ID numbers here, and this would become your current selection!
