Click on Triage tab and begin to enter in patient information. When done, click Submit Patient.

Here you will be given a Patient ID #.

Click on the Medical tab and search for patient using Patient ID #, Name or Phone Number.

Use Patient ID # to add medication to patient chart.

Use the "R" button to Replace medication that has ran out.
