- Fuel Type:
- All models are available in natural gas or propane. Field conversion kits are available.
- Gas Requirements:
- Operating Pressure: 4" WC for Natural Gas, 11" WC for Propane
- 1/2" gas line connection required
- The Natural Gas pressure regulator or LP Regulator hose assembly are supplied with the unit.
- Each unit requires its own shutoff valve per code
- Electrical Requirements:
- None — both grills and griddles are gas-only appliances with no electrical hookup required.
- Cutout Dimensions (Minimum Clearance to Combustibles):
- Side: 6"
- Rear: 2 1/2"
- Below: 0"
- Always follow exact cutout specs per model from the install manual.
- Ventilation Considerations:
- There must be at least two unobstructed ventilation openings on the exposed exterior side of the enclosure, one within 5" of the top of the enclosure and another within 1 inch of the cylinder openings bottom surface. The openings must equal at least 60 in² (387 cm²).
- Grease Management:
- All models include an integrated pull-out grease tray. Must be emptied regularly and cleaned thoroughly to avoid flare-ups or operational issues.
- Protective Covers: Heavy-duty custom-fit covers available for each grill and griddle width (36", 42", 48"). Helps protect the finish from weather and debris.
