Name
Add the name of the function. If you would like the function name to match its type, you can leave this field blank.
Event-Wide
Check the Event-Wide box if the details you need to add are for the event as a whole, and not specific to a room.
Room
If starting from a function placeholder, the room will be pre-populated and can be changed if needed. All rooms booked on the event will be listed, including any combination spaces. "Room" can be left blank to create a no-room function.

Show on the Event Calendar

Check this box to show the function on the calendar. Note: Multi-day and no-room functions cannot be displayed on the calendar.

Performance

Marking a function as a performance allows you to track ticket counts, revenue, attendance, and post-show notes. "Performance" can be set as a default on custom function types. Note: The "Performance" check box may not appear if the Event Type is not marked as Live Entertainment.
