Objetivos

- Parche estéril posquirúrgico: usado inmediatamente después de cirugía

Tipos de Parche Ocular
- Parche adhesivo: se adhiere directamente sobre la piel
- Parche acolchado no adhesivo: se sujeta con vendaje
Indicaciones del Parche Ocular

Material Necesario
- Parche estéril o no estéril según indicación
- Guantes limpios o estériles
- Gasas estériles

- Antiséptico ocular si es necesario
Procedimiento de Colocación del Parche Ocular
Fijar con cinta hipoalergénica sin ejercer presión excesiva
Lavado de manos y preparación del material
Higiene de la zona periocular
Explicar el procedimiento al paciente
Colocar el parche cubriendo completamente el ojo

- Valorar signos de incomodidad o presión excesiva
- Mantener la zona seca y limpia
