What do you love most about your job? What I love most about my job is being able to help others and make a positive difference in their day. I’m very passionate about what I do, and I truly enjoy working with my coworkers—sharing time, collaborating, and building strong connections. What methods do you use to stay motivated and focused? I stay motivated and focused by maintaining a healthy balance between my work and personal life. Taking time to recharge outside of work helps me come back with a clear mind and fresh energy. Who are your biggest influences? My biggest influences are my parents. Whenever I face challenges in life, I often think about how they would handle the situation and use their example to guide my decisions. Tell us a bit about your family. I’m married and have three sons—one who lives in Cuba. Their ages are 17, 9, and 7 years old. As a family, we love spending time together and traveling whenever we can. One of our favorite places to visit is Universal Studios—it’s always a fun and memorable experience for all of us. What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time in the mountains of North Carolina. I also love hosting large family gatherings—usually twice a month—where friends and family come together to share food, laughter, and great memories. What's something surprising that not many people know about you? I actually love spending time at home. Even though I enjoy being social and active, I really value quiet time to relax, recharge, and enjoy my personal spac
