Se basan en el reconocimiento de la diversidad y el principio de equidad, que buscan garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades educativas para todos, independientemente de sus diferencias. Se sustentan en los derechos humanos y se centran en eliminar las barreras que limitan el aprendizaje y la participación de cualquier estudiante, promoviendo un entorno seguro y positivo donde todos son valorados y pueden progresar.

¿CÓmo se realiza?

Eliminación de barreras: Identificar y remover barreras físicas (como rampas o baños adaptados), actitudinales (prejuicios, estigma) y pedagógicas (currículos inflexibles). Adaptación del entorno y recursos: Asegurar que las instalaciones, los materiales didácticos (como libros en braille o software especializado) y los recursos humanos (terapeutas, psicólogos) sean accesibles para todos.
Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje (DUA): Creación de modelos educativos flexibles que no se basen en un único estilo de aprendizaje, sino que ofrezcan múltiples formas de presentar la información.
Capacitación docente: Formar a los educadores para que puedan identificar y responder a las necesidades individuales de cada estudiante. Promoción de una cultura inclusiva: Fomentar la empatía, el respeto mutuo y el sentido de pertenencia a través de la liderazgo de los docentes y la participación de toda la comunidad educativa.

SI ESLa inclusión educativa es un proceso que busca garantizar que todos los estudiantes, sin importar sus habilidades o diferencias, tengan las mismas oportunidades de aprender y crecer en un entorno escolar seguro, respetuoso y valorado
NO ES La inclusión educativa no es solo la presencia física de estudiantes con discapacidad en un aula regular, ni es un sistema que busca homogeneizar a todos los alumnos. Tampoco es simplemente otorgar recursos o excusas por la falta de ellos, ni es la segregación de estudiantes por su origen, capacidad o condición

La diversidad como valor: Se acepta que cada estudiante es único, con intereses, capacidades y ritmos de aprendizaje diferentes. Todos pueden aprender: Todos los niños pueden aprender y que las diferencias son oportunidades de enriquecimiento para toda la comunidad educativa. Igualdad de oportunidades: Todos los estudiantes tengan acceso a las mismas oportunidades educativas, eliminando discriminaciones y barreras de exclusión. Adaptación del sistema: Requiere modificar contenidos, enfoques, estructuras y estrategias de enseñanza para que sean accesibles y beneficiosos para todos los estudiantes. Un derecho fundamental: La inclusión educativa es un derecho humano que contribuye a la construcción de sociedades más justas e equitativas.

¿CON QUE SE RELACION?

La inclusión educativa se relaciona con la creación de un sistema educativo que garantice el acceso, la participación y el aprendizaje de todos los estudiantes, independientemente de sus habilidades, necesidades o características, eliminando las barreras que fomentan la exclusión. Se vincula con la valoración de la diversidad, la implementación de estrategias pedagógicas flexibles y adaptadas, el desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales como la empatía, y el trabajo colaborativo

L1. Nivel de prevención Objetivo: Brindar apoyo a la totalidad del alumnado para prevenir problemas de aprendizaje antes de que se presenten. Actividades: Enseñanza diferenciada y actividades de refuerzo. Uso de métodos de apoyo generales y enseñanza de calidad para todos los estudiantes.
Nivel de intervención temprana Objetivo: Intervenir de manera oportuna en cuanto se detectan los primeros indicios de dificultades. Actividades: Tutorías individuales y enseñanza en pequeños grupos. Instrucción adicional y otras formas de apoyo específico para el estudiante.

3. Nivel de intervención intensiva Objetivo: Proporcionar apoyo más especializado y continuo a los estudiantes que siguen presentando dificultades a pesar de las estrategias de los niveles anteriores.
